Vad tror ni om foljande schema i samband med deff? Jag har koll pa kosten och annat, nu styretraningsschema som maste ordnas. Tre styrkepass i veckan, da ater jag utifran mitt dagliga kaloribehov. Annars ligger jag minus 500 kcal.
