Zone 4th at the Nationals in the shape of his life!

The Swedish nationals are over & I came in 4th in my class!
The guys who beat me was suuper so its all good!
I peaked 100% to the finals & I have NEVER been better on stage!
Thanx Palle for helping me out!
On the weigh in I was 89 sharp & on stage 81.5kg ripped to the bone
so this is really all I can do as a middle!

Im fully aware that competing as a middle do not suit my structure
even though Im only 5"6 as I got a to wide structure.
But my plan was never to compete this year....
Nah... my plan was to compete at the 85kg class in a year or so
but with that class now gone & being in descent shape after
two foto sessions for Body magazine I decided to shoot for the
-80kg veteran class just for the hell of it!

Got the oportunity to do my free posing routine & really
have a ball + getting it on tape for my comig DVD!
The two shootings for BODY & this show feels like a good
ending to my competitive career.
Yes this was my last hurah on stage!
I will now start my new project..project "FREAK"
where I will rebuild my physique to something not suited for the stage...

I tell yall that the last days I was shooting sms`s 24/7 to poor Palle!
Ha ha I did send a sms to the poor guy every time I
took a pee the last night before the show so he would know whwere I was at!
And yall know what..he answered them too!
This diet was the hardest thing I ever done & Yep
as a competitor Im out now...
Time to get big again!
