FLEXtreme Makeover: Flex Lewis

Ever wonder how much you could learn about bodybuilding from spending the day with an IFBB Professional League athlete? Better yet, what if that pro showed up at your door to help you achieve your goals? We wondered.

In early August, we tweaked the formula of our wildly popular FLEXtreme Makeover Series when we decided to have Gaspari Nutrition and Weider Athlete Flex Lewis play host to the overall winner of the 2010 NPC Teen Nationals in Venice, California.

Nick Medici ended up winning that competition and, as the newest Teen Nationals champ, earned the privilege of being flown out to Los Angeles to spend a day in the Mecca of Bodybuilding, Venice California and learn from one of bodybuilding's up-and-coming stars.
