Im not a big guy..Im just a little pitbull,,shoot of one leg with your glock & I still have 3 to run with!
I always find a way to
train & the only thing that could keep me out of the gym
is if god himself came down to earth & stopped me!
As when my shoulder was shut..I said -God gave us two
of everything...so when my right shoulder didnt work I still had
the left one to train right?!
So thats what I did!
