Direkt innan träning tillsammans med gainer och kreatin och ditrekt efter träning med gainer och kreatin samt två-tre timmar efter träning tillsammans med mat
eller
direkt efter träning tillsammans med gainer och kreatin, två timmar efter träning och sedan på morgonen efter träning (rekommenderas på förp)

Det spelar ingen roll, eftersom det är verkningslöst.

Jag brukar ta mitt glutamin direkt före och direkt efter träningen. Jag får en mycket bra effekt av glutamin (placebo-effekt, that is).
