Stimulants are often used by Powerlifters with the belief that they help to improve performance both during competition and in training. Commonly used stimulants include Ammonia Inhalants, "Pre-Workout" products and Energy Drinks.

This survey has been designed to investigate the use of these products both in competition and in training by IPF affiliated Powerlifters. The aim is to determine the use and the benefits believed to be attained through using such stimulants, as well as any side effects from their use.

Please feel free to participate if you are currently a registered Powerlifter under an IPF affiliated national body. Participation will take no more than 10 minutes. We appreciate your contribution to our research.
