Fick höra av en F.d bodybuilder att ett ämne "aluminium chlorohydrate" som oftast finns i deoderanter är dålig för musklerna.
Talar han sanning?

Då får man väl bojkotta deo i framtiden då. Det där låter riktigt farligt. Tänk om jag tappar muskler.

Oftast har antiperspiranter (stoppar svett) aluminiumklorid (heter det så på svenska? fick för mig det) i sig men vissa deodoranter (stoppar lukt). Har hört mycket dåligt om aluminiumklorid så på senaste tiden har jag kollat alternativ, tex deo-stenar, lush har en serie deodoranter utan aluminium osv.
