STRONGMAN SUPER SERIES SWEDEN GRAND PRIX 2004
The Sweden Grand Prix is the second Super Series Grand Prix event for the Strongman Super Series 2004/2005.

DISCIPLINES:
7 disciplines will take place on Sunday (in order)
Start 1 PM:
1. Tire Flip-
A 500kg tire will be flipped down the course.
There will be 6 flips. The tire will be standing in the start position.
The maximum time is 75sek and there is 2 athletes at the time competing.
2. Conans Wheel-
A steel rod will be carried around its on axel for maximum distance.
The steel rod will be carried in the arms in the traditional way.
Weight of the steel rod will be 240kg in the end.
3. Farmer´s Walk-
The athlete must walk down the track carrying one 150kg weight in etch hand.
The length of the track is 15m.
After 15m will the athlete turn around a given object and then walk back to complete yet another 15m. The weights can be placed on the ground without termination of the attempt.
If the athlete can’t finish the distance will he’s distance be measured.
Distance to complete the event- 30 or 45m
Time limit 90sek.
BREAK 30 MIN
4. Bench Press-
A weight of 200kg must be pressed for maximum of repetitions in a motion similar to bench press.
The athlete will place himself on a bench and press a machine like he would press a normal bench-press.
The athlete must wait at the top for the referee down signal.
After the down signal must the athlete lower the machine till it hits the ground.
After touching the ground can the athlete press again for yet another repetition.
(All athletes go down to the same depth. There is no need for spotters)
5. Vertical Lift-
A weight of 170kg shall be lifted by pulling in a rope in the arm over arm method.
The weight must be pulled till a height of 3m before down signal is given.
The athlete with most lifts within 90sek will win.
Athletes that can’t lift 170 kg for a single lift will compete with 150kg.
6. Dead lift
The athlete must lift a bar from ground level till he stands with straight legs and back and with his hips pushed forward.
The athlete will have 3 attempts to retch his maximum weight.
The athlete with the biggest weight will win.
7. Atlas Stones-
Five stones in varied weighs shall be lifted up to a platform with varied heights.
Weights of the stones are 120,130,145,160,170kg
Heights of the platform are 180,170,160,150,140cm
