EMG studier kan ju tolkas lite sådär mångsidigt men intressant att quadsen (inklusive rectus femoris) hade högre aktivering än hams och stuss. Annars talar man ju gärna om att marklyft stimulerar den bakre kedjan bra.*
"Another important finding in the current review was that muscles from the quadriceps complex appeared to elicit the greatest muscle activation compared to the gluteus maximus and hamstrings muscles for Deadlift exercise [26, 27, 36–39].
