yes. i also took CLA. MORE IS NOT BETTER. the trick (according to my trainer) was taking a very SMALL amount (less than a teaspoon) of creatine and glutamine each day. it basically allows muscle to absorb water more effectively. too much creatine simply bloats you with water."
