Firstly I must say that I am sorry that I cannot write this post in Swedish but I just cannot - so therefore I will write it in both English and Danish.

I have done pushs ups daily for about a year. Well now a problem has occured. Sometimes when I did push ups, there came this nasty crack sound from the elbow, but well it did not hurt and a friend of mine said that it was quite normal, so I just kept on doing push ups. Well now my elbow has begun to hurt a bit not a lot it is just irritating. So what should I do about? And am I doing anything wrong?

wrong part of the forum mate. Go see a doc, the only smart thing to do.

Du begår ingen fejl. Begge mine albuer og knæ giver den lyd, det har ikke givet mig nogle problemer, men du kan altid opsøge en specialist.

I suppose that Fjodor only wants to help you by redirecting you to the right section of the forum for these kind of problems. You will most likely get more help there. I would agree with fjodor, go see a Doc and you will get the answer you're looking for.

I’m clam dude. I’m just telling you. 1 this is the wrong part of the forum to ask questions like this. And 2 if you experience pain while performing pushups i would suggest you either stop doing them for a while and give your body time to recover or go se a doctor. It’s the only sensible tings to do.

Well this is my first post on this forum so I am sorry if this is the wrong category but well I am new and do not know the forum very well and since it is the wrong category then why do you not move this thread?

And yeah I think I will go see a doctor.

There is also another very important point here and that is, wheter I am doing push ups wrong since this is happening, and if yes what would you suggest?

iI’m not sure it’s possible to do a push up so wrong that it would result in a injurie. My best guess is that it’s inflamed and just needs to rest. But go see that doctor anyway.

I didn’t move the thread because am not a moderator.
