Han kunde dra mark.
1972 på AAU-världsmästerkapen drog han 325 eller 330 i 82,5:an.

Japp. Långa och fina. Dessutom kunde han "släppa ner axlarna", vilket ytterligare kortar ner lyftvägen.

Shiiiit!
Men fy vilka marklyft killen lär haft!
Jag kollade honom. Han har rekord i kl 56 och i kl 60. Han drog 302.5 i kl 60! Helt sinnessjukt!

Hehe... Bobban.

I would be happy to give advice. Please post ant questions.I have found that lifters achieve Great results with varied and different programs. The common denominator is the mind and a Bulldogs mentallity to succeed .Pick a goal and bite into it,and do not let go until it is realized!!! That,I believe is the secret to success in anything!!!
What do you suggest to focus on if you have problems getting the bar off the ground, but can easily lock-out anything you get off the ground?

What do you suggest to focus on if you have problems getting the bar off the ground, but can easily lock-out anything you get off the ground?
The Lower Back is main muscle group ,in conventional pull,in getting bar off floor.A Great exercise I used was to place the bar in a powerrack and set pins so I was pulling the bar just below the knee I would pull the bar to the pins for a static hold agaist the pins.I would do singles not reps.A warmup is necessary of course.I did not believe in reps in the deadlift I did singles. That is merely my way lof training and evetryone is different!

I would drive the bar a few inches off the chest while a training partner holds his hand a few inches off the chest.Last was help isometric hold.

They are involved as stabilizors.

Deadlifts indirectly stimulateGrowth in those areas by stimulating overall muscle groth, but do not isolate the muscles directly.
