Japp. Långa och fina. Dessutom kunde han "släppa ner axlarna", vilket ytterligare kortar ner lyftvägen.

Hehe... Bobban.

I would be happy to give advice. Please post ant questions.I have found that lifters achieve Great results with varied and different programs. The common denominator is the mind and a Bulldogs mentallity to succeed .Pick a goal and bite into it,and do not let go until it is realized!!! What do you suggest to focus on if you have problems getting the bar off the ground, but can easily lock-out anything you get off the ground?

The Lower Back is main muscle group ,in conventional pull,in getting bar off floor.A Great exercise I used was to place the bar in a powerrack and set pins so I was pulling the bar just below the knee I would pull the bar to the pins for a static hold agaist the pins.I would do singles not reps.A warmup is necessary of course.I did not believe in reps in the deadlift I did singles. That is merely my way lof training and evetryone is different!

I would also do partials in a rack with the bar slightly below the knee and in the middle of the knee.I would pull it to the top and hold. I would do singlesThat may be considered a form of Isometrics.

Didn't really get how you trained the start in deadlifts. Did you set the pins a bit above the knees and pull the bar up to the pins and hold it there for a couple of seconds? So that the highest you lift the bar is up to your knees?

For the Start pulled the bar to pins.Set so bar was in middle of knee cap.Held for around six seconds.Best pull in that plosition 820lb.

My Mother just passed.I have perhaps over 1000 Vintage Muscle mags from every Publication.I was wondering if your country had any market for them?

There is probably a market for it in sweden, dependant on price of course.
I'll se if I can find the right channel to spread this info, but it is vacation time in Sweden now.

They are involved as stabilizors.

but how much are the involved in a lift? if you only train deadlifts will your arms grow (compared to curls and presses)?

i know it`s a difficult question but i would really appreciate it if you could tell me what you think. thanks:thumbup:

Deadlifts indirectly stimulateGrowth in those areas by stimulating overall muscle groth, but do not isolate the muscles directly.
