Alltså, jag vet inte vart jag ska börja. Det har absolut effekt på återhämtningen och det är definitivt prestationshöjande och har typ obegränsat med nyttiga effekter på kroppen. Vissa mer eller mindre häpnadsväckande.
Faktum är att Idebenone genomgår prövning för att kunna klassas som läkemedel. Det rör sig om en alzheimermedicin.
Jag har fått bl.a bättre hy, minne, koncentration och energi utav idebenone.

Effects of CV-2619 and ubiquinone-10 (Q-10) on the energy metabolism of red blood cells (RBC) of Sprague Dawley rats were studied in the presence or absence of NaF. NaF (0.3--10 mM) dose-dependently decreased the ATP and lactate contents of the RBC. In the presence of NaF (1.5 mM), ATP content decreased to about 30% of the control. Phosphofructokinase (PFK) was markedly activated, while glyceraldehydephosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH) and enolase were inhibited by NaF. Thus, the decrease in ATP by NaF might be attributed to retarded glycolysis due to inhibition of the latter two enzymes. The decrease in ATP by NaF (1.5 mM) was dose-dependently inhibited by CV-2619 (0.3--30 microM). Inhibition of enolase and activation of PFK by NaF were still noted even in the presence of CV-2619. Inhibition of GAPDH by NaF, however, was released by CV-2619. Q-10 (1--100 microM) did not affect the ATP levels decreased by NaF. It could be concluded that CV-2619 counteracted the NaF-induced decrease in the ATP level by accelerating the glycolytic flux through the GAPDH step, which was a rate-limiting one in the presence of NaF. Q-10, however, had no effect on the glycolytic flux.

Det stämmer, Q10, eller rättare sagt Idebenone som egentligen inte är samma sak. Inverkar inte på glykolysen. Mycket utav dess mekanism äger rum i mitokondrien / andningkedjan.
Verkar lovande, men jag lider inte av någon av de där neurologiska sjukdomarna. Så frågan är om det finns några gynnsamma effekter på friska individer. Jag menar, jag tar inte alvedon(och jag tror inte det ger nåt) om jag inte har ont i huvudet tex...
Jag motiverar mitt bruk enkelt, i förebyggande syfte. Jag diggar det stenhårt. Hellre undviker jag problemen i förväg än att ta itu med dem när de väl kommer.
Finns någon studie där man gav idebenone till kvinnor som led utav bröstcancer, en utav patienterna hade höjt dosen medvetet utan tillsägelse och det resulterade i vad? En cancer-tumör mindre i världen.
Exakt samma sak har dokumenterats i ett annat fall då patientet/personen i fråga hade höjt dosen och blivit av med cancern. Slump? Visst.
För att knyta samman ämnet med träning så är idebenone speciellt bra för uthållighetskrävande idrotter då ATP-syntesen/produktionen ökas.

Är Q10 samma sak som Idebenone ?
Jag fixade det själv. Det är tydligen en analog, ett derivat, av Q10:

Är Q10 samma sak som Idebenone ?
Nej, det är en analog till Q10. Syntetiska varianten utav Q10, det är en OH- istället för en isopropen-grupp på idebenon. Ja, du ser själv.
Dem har liknande effekter i kroppen men inte riktigt samma. Idebenone föreslås vara starkare i vissa sammahang, t.ex som antioxidant.

Är Q10 samma sak som Idebenone ?
Idebenone (pronounced eye-deb-eh-known) is a synthetic analog of Coenzyme Q 10.
Idebenone is similar to CoQ10 in its antioxidant properties. CoQ10 is one of life's most essential biochemicals, hence its title "ubiquinone" (ubi=ubiquitous).
Idebenone is different from Coenzyme Q 10 in one very important way. During a hypoxic (low oxygen) condition, CoQ10 can switch function from an anti-oxidizing to an auto-oxidizing process. This auto-oxidation rapidly produces massive amounts of free radicals which damage the tissues of the body.
Idebenone performs the same functions as CoQ10 without the risk of an auto-oxidation reaction.
