Nä.. Dom här forskarna har ju fel. Det gör ingen skillnad att träna i olika vinklar för det säger Sheo å Pez. Det räcker med en övning å om inte det funkar så har du dåliga gener å kan gå å gräva ner dig på en gång.;-)
