Ingredients: 4 eggs, salmon, shrimp, mushrooms, cabbage, fish roe.
Seasoning: salt, fermented glutinous rice, pepper, broth, parsley
Practices:
1, Ding cut salmon, shrimp, peeled leaving tail, add a little salt, pepper, fermented glutinous rice and mix well spare;
2, shredded cabbage sliced mushrooms washed and set aside.
3 eggs and mix, add water, mix well, add a little salt, mix well with a fine mesh colander after the filter; (This is said to tender).
4, the oil in small bowl brush into the salmon, add the beaten egg and filtered to 8 points at least, put mushrooms cabbage pieces, add shrimp along Wanbian.
5, pour 2 cups warm water in pan (about 40 degrees), put a small bowl, into the oven (preheated 180 degrees) bake for about 10 minutes; also covered steamer steamed fresh membrane.
6, sprinkled with fresh grilled roe, sprinkle parsley. (You can also pour a little sesame oil conditions)
