Fick ett mail idag, nån som tror dom klarar det? Jag klarar en hyffsat strikt "vanlig" enarmsarmhävning, men denna variant verkar sjukt tuff.

Due to many reuests for more time, the Regulation Perfect One Arm Push Up Contest submission date has been moved to August.
Here are basic requirements for this skill.
-Feet Must Be together
-Only one arm must be in contact with the floor
-No resistance band, partner or any other assistance can be used
-Chest must be squired to the floor at all times
-The body must remain straight and in one line
-Elbow of the pushing arm must remain close to the body
-Pushing hand must touch the floor only with the outer edge
-Sternum or opposite pectoral muscle must be directly over the hand of the pushing arm.
10 people need to enter this contest for it to be active. Many of our facebook friends and fans are working on this skill, if you think you have what it takes, you should work on it too.

First two videos demonstrate perfect form performed on the wall in standing position.
