Today 4 weeks out from the Ironman Pro, Jay asked for some pics of Sil to see how far along he was coming. He was a little anxious I think this morning when I told him that Sil was still around 232 lbs (a full 10 lbs heavier than he was last year) but after seeing the pics today, he felt better. Sil is on point, he will have to kick up the cardio on the stepper to get more separation in his already HUGE legs (world class as Jay calls them) but he was very pleased with the progress of his back width and his arms. Chest is always full and condition wich is never a problem for Silvio should be just as good as it was at the O if not better, as of now it seems that Silvio should compete with close to 8 lbs more muscle than last year.
